Sharktoberfest Aquarium Special for Kids in Costume
Kids who wear their Halloween costumes on Saturdays and Sundays throughout October will receive free admission to Mote Aquarium and a free treat bag, with purchase of an adult ticket.
Mote Mascot Gilly the Shark will make special appearances from noon to 2 p.m. on Saturdays (except Oct. 18) to celebrate Sharktoberfest.
The Aquarium is open 10 a.m.-5 p.m. 365 days per year at 1600 Ken Thompson Parkway in Sarasota. For admission prices, visit www.mote.org, scroll over "Aquarium" and click "Visitor Information."
