Meet the Team

Melissa Sante is the Staff Chemist at Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium’s International Center for Coral Reef Research and Restoration on Summerland Key in the Florida Keys. As a Florida Keys native, Melissa has a passion for preserving and sustaining the Florida Keys coral and wildlife. Melissa graduated with a degree in Chemistry from the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL and previously worked as a QC Raw Material Chemist for a global pharmaceutical company.
