With over 25 years in non-profit (arts) administration, and as many years experience managing financial and data systems, Susan joined Mote in December 2012 from the Van Wezel Foundation where she worked for nearly six years as COO after a position at the Florida West Coast Symphony (Sarasota Orchestra) for nearly ten years.
