2019 Special Lecture Series: Dr. Richard Pierce

Mote's annual Special Lecture Series showcases world-famous speakers discussing marine-related topics on Monday evenings in March. 

March 18, 2019: Join Dr. Richard Pierce, Associate Vice President for Research, Senior Scientist and Program Manager at Mote, for his lecture titled, "Red Tide: What is it and what can we do about it?" 

Doors open at 5:30 p.m. to the WAVE Center for lecture guests. Lectures begin at 6:30 p.m. Ticket holders will be seated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Tickets are $10 for Mote Members (per ticket per lecture); $15 for non Mote Members. All attendees must make a reservation in advance and tickets are non-refundable. Ticket sales close at 3 p.m. on the day of the lecture or when tickets sell out. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.

Online ticket sales will begin Dec 21st.
