Tea for the Sea on Feb. 27
Join the Women's Giving Circle from Mote Marine Laboratory for its annual Tea for the Sea, which unites women in philanthropy for the pursuit of science.
The Tea will take place on Feb. 27 at the Resort at Longboat Key Club, Habourside Dining Room, 2630 Harbourside Drive on Longboat Key, Fla. Hats are encouraged.
This event celebrates Mote's tradition of passion for marine science, partnership with the community and philanthropic support for research and education. These values have been pivotal to the nonprofit Lab since it was founded by Dr. Eugenie Clark with support from the Vanderbilt family in 1955.
