Originally from Grosse Pointe, Michigan, Aden has lived in Sarasota for the last twenty years working in business administration and management, with fifteen of those years working in the not-for-profit sector. Aden earned her Bachelor of Business Management degree in 2005, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Prior to moving to Florida, Aden worked in television, radio and film earning entry into the Screen Actors Guild (SAG), the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (AFTRA) and the Actors’ Equity Association. Aden now serves as Executive Assistant to Mote’s Chief Development Officer, as well as providing support for the Development Division's events, activities and projects. In addition, Aden assists the Board of Trustees’ Office, the Board’s Development Committee and Supporting Boards & Councils. Aden joined the Mote family in 2014.
