Meet the Team

Caryn Freas joined the Mote team in September of 2020. She brings with her over 15 years of nonprofit fundraising and event management experience. She recently moved to the Sarasota area where her love for the sea, and the animals that live in it, led her to Mote.

As a member of the development team at Mote, she oversees corporate partnerships, sponsorships and coordinates with the communications team on the organization’s digital marketing plan.
