Morgan is originally from Chicago, Illinois but has been coming to Sarasota her entire life. She is no stranger to Florida and loves spending her time on the water: fishing, kayaking, snorkeling, all things active! She discovered her passion for marine life she began her journey with mote through volunteering, summer camps, morning rounds, and many more. She continued to pursue her career by attending college where she earned a double major in marine science. Following her first year she worked at The Shedd aquarium for their education team running summer camps. It wasn't until then she knew she wanted to teach others, so she minored in education. She then found her way back to Mote spending her summer as an intern working her way up to become their program coordinator. Morgan is beyond excited to make an influence on the world, changing young minds about the ocean through educating all things marine science!
B.S. in Marine Science - Biology with a minor in education from University of Tampa (2020)
