Our sea turtles are named Shelley, Montego, Hang Tough, Harry and Bellatrix. Shelley and Montego are loggerhead sea turtles (Caretta caretta) and Hang Tough and Harry are green sea turtles (Chelonia mydas). Bellatrix is a Kemp’s ridley sea turtle (Lepidochelys kempii), which is the smallest and rarest species. All of our sea turtles help us educate visitors about these endangered species.
