Biography:

Kathy joined the Sea Turtle Conservation and Research Program (STCRP) in 2011. She is a Florida Marine Turtle Permit Holder, participates in all activities associated with nesting beach surveys, and manages the Mote Sea Turtle Patrol Volunteers. Kathy has worked as a Biological Technician for a fisheries consulting firm and as a Fisheries Technician for the Pacific State Marine Fisheries Commission. Her position prior to joining Mote was Animal Resources Manager at The Scripps Research Institute in both the Florida and California locations.
