Cody Engelsma is a staff biologist at IC2R3 in Summerland Key Florida. He began as an intern in the Coral Restoration Program in 2018. His position is to support Mote’s coral sexual propagation activities, which include assisting with coral spawning, overseeing fertilization and larval settlement, and finally the rearing of the coral recruits.
