Terrace
Take a break and enjoy the view on Mote’s Quarterdeck Terrace, an open-air space overlooking Nathan Benderson Park. The Terrace is open to all visitors with regular admission to Mote SEA.

Ray feeding
Get up close and personal with some of Mote Science Education Aquarium’s most graceful creatures during our unforgettable Ray Feeding Experience! Within the shallow waters of our interactive Ray Touch Pool, Guitarfish, Cownose Rays, Atlantic Stingrays and Yellow Stingrays gently glide in front of you. With the guidance of our expert staff and volunteers, you’ll hand-feed these curious rays as they swim up for a snack—an incredible encounter perfect for all ages. Whether it’s your first time meeting a stingray or you’re a returning ocean adventurer, this immersive experience offers a unique opportunity to connect with marine life in a safe, exciting, and educational environment. Feel the thrill, feed the rays, and create memories that will ripple long after your visit!
