Inspired by our charismatic Chilean Humboldt penguins, our first-ever Black & White Party will transport you to the coasts of South America, where the rhythm of the music meets the flavor of the sea. Indulge in bold, artfully designed small plates and cocktails infused with South American zest as you wander through Mote SEA’s luminous underwater galleries.

Then, let the pulse of Latin music lead you into the lavish Exploration Hall, where you’ll dance the night away in true Mote style, surrounded by marine science and ocean wonders.
