Buoys and ghouls of all ages dressed up in costume for a Night of Fish, Fun & Fright from 5:30 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 23, at Mote Aquarium.

The Aquarium was decorated with jack-o-lanterns, mummies and all things Halloween.

Visitors sailed the spooky seas and discovered creatures from the deep in a safe and fun trick-or-treating zone. The Deep Sea Diner transformed into the “Diner of the Dead” and served delicious delights.

Mote President and CEO Dr. Michael Crosby dove into Mote’s spooktacular 135,000-gallon shark habitat to carve a pumpkin underwater.

Parents and children ages 2-5 participated in free Mommy & Me sessions as well as special educational activities for all ages in Mote’s new Exploration Gallery.
