Details:

Bridled parrotfish get their name from the faint, bridle-like markings on their face. Males and females look different, with males sporting bright blue-green hues and females displaying reddish-brown colors. Parrotfish grind up coral as they feed, helping to produce much of the white sand found on tropical beaches.
