Found in the Gulf of Mexico, western Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea, brown chromis fish live near steep slopes and patches of coral reefs.

Details:

Brown chromis are largely silver/gray in color, despite their name. They have highlights of yellow on their dorsal and tail fin along with a black dot near the base of their tail.
