Masked gobies eat small crustaceans like krill and artemia. They'll also feed on zooplankton.
Range & Habitat:
Hiding out near the bottom of the water column, masked gobies can be found in shaded areas of reefs, rocky bottoms and caves of the Caribbean and Western Atlantic Ocean.
Details:
Masked gobies are small marine fish commonly found in coral communities close to shore. They are translucent with a horizontal orange-red stripe down the sides of their bodies.
These fish will prepare a nest for their eggs before they spawn. Gobies lay 300-500 eggs each gestation period and after around six days, they hatch.
