Diet:

Throughout the day, the red hind will feed on crabs, shrimps, fishes and octopus.

Range & Habitat:

These fish can be found in the western Atlantic, Caribbean Sea and Gulf of Mexico inhabiting shallow reefs and rocky bottoms.

Details:

Red hinds have white bodies with reddish-orange spots from their heads to the base of their tails. Their tails and dorsal side have black coloring.
