Range & Habitat:

Near coral-heavy areas, lagoons and seaward reefs, telescope wrasses can be found in the Indo-Pacific Ocean.

Details:

Female telescope wrasses range from entirely yellow to brown and gray in color, while males tend to have highlights of orange on their head, fading back onto their dorsal fin. They have black bars running horizontally through their eyes.
