Diet:

These fish eat nocturnally, or at night. They feed on shrimp, crab, mussels, scallops, small fishes and worms.

Range & Habitat:

Throughout the western Atlantic Ocean, Gulf of Mexico and Caribbean Sea, white grunts can be found in shallow coastal waters. They inhabit coral reefs and sandy bottoms.

Details:

White grunts are a shiny creamy color with highlights of bronze, yellow and blue. They have almond shaped bodies and forked tails.
