02/23/2026 “Flipper 2” is a juvenile green sea turtle that was found struggling in the surf off Midnight Pass, Siesta Key. This turtle was very lethargic and skinny upon arrival. Upon intake, “Flipper 2” was weighed, had blood drawn, internal temperature taken, and was given IV dextrose due to low glucose levels. She was placed in a tank with low water at 78 degrees.
