02/10/2016 Turtle stranded in Manatee County offshore of Gulf of Mexico Drive. Several papilloma tumors were present including on both eyes.
02/17/2016 Turtle was moved to a larger tank and is eating well.
02/20/2016 Surgery was performed to remove papilloma tumors from eyes.
04/01/2016 Hilton’s blood work continues to improve and animal is scheduled for surgery to remove the remaining tumors.
05/06/2016 Animal was humanely euthanized due to severity of tumors, new tumor growth, and probable internal tumors
