02/19/2024 Turtle was found washed up on the beach in Daytona Beach, Volusia County.
02/21/2024 Due to overcrowding of many of the sea turtle rehabilitation facilities on Florida’s east coast, FWC made the decision to transfer some of the animals to Mote for rehabilitation.
04/10/2024 Bloomington, Pepperjack, Cheddar, Gouda, Jerry, Maple, and Fenway were released by Mote interns and staff at New Smyrna Beach!
