Kim Bassos-Hull at Mote Marine Laboratory and her colleagues release a spotted eagle ray that was tagged and sampled for research to support conservation.

Mote’s popular lecture series offers the opportunity to listen to Mote scientists as they share their latest findings, innovations and fieldwork — from coral reef research and marine animal health to red-tide breakthroughs, sustainable fishers and so much more.

Kim Bassos-Hull is a Mote Senior Biologist, Sharks & Rays Conservation Research Program.
