An exciting new experience has docked at Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium! Guests can now try a new virtual reality cinema experience, brought to you by Immotion, a fully immersive virtual journey that features 360 degree views, sounds and movement. The VR "pods" are located in the Exploration Gallery. Guests can select from nine different experiences, ranging from live action swimming with humpbacks or a computer-animated rollercoaster ride. The experience costs $6 per person, and is open from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. everyday.
