Amy Pattison

Biography:

Amy is a Florida native who spent her childhood summers on Siesta and Longboat Key. Her passion for marine life has been shared with her daughters, with visits to Mote Marine a regular part of their visits to Sarasota while growing up. Amy’s passion for travel led to living in both California and North Carolina, as well as inspiring her work in the hospitality industry. Over the last decade, she has been a hospitality leader in the Tampa Bay and Sarasota area, serving as an executive chef and event director to high profile clients and organizations. With a diverse career background, she has gained a wealth of experience across various fields, contributing to her well-rounded expertise and unique perspective. Bringing these experiences back home to Mote Marine unites all of Amy’s passions, and she is excited to be part of Mote’s next era of growth with the opening of the new state-of-the-art Mote Science Education Aquarium.
