John Emmanuel Perry (he/him)

Biography:

Emmanuel joined Mote after completing his Bachelor’s degree in Marine Biology with a concentration in ecology. He began as an intern in the Ocean Acidification and Coral Health & Disease departments assisting staff with research testing and data management. Now, Emmanuel works in the education department specializing in outreach programs. There he develops and presents educational programs focused around Mote’s current research in hopes of cultivating ocean literacy in the general public of Manatee and Sarasota counties.
