Biography:
Jade Bosco is the Education Programs Manager for the Lower Keys, where she develops and leads programs that connect communities and students with the ocean. Before relocating to Florida, Jade managed marine conservation and education initiatives around the world, creating hands-on learning opportunities and inspiring environmental stewardship. Her research and outreach have taken her from sea turtle nesting beaches in Cyprus to shark conservation studies in the Galápagos Islands, and coral reef restoration initiatives in Thailand.
An avid technical scuba diver with over 1,700 dives, Jade brings extensive underwater experience to her work, with a particular passion for removing ghost nets and protecting marine life from abandoned fishing gear.
With a strong background in program development, public engagement, and team leadership, Jade is dedicated to fostering meaningful connections between people and Florida’s coastal ecosystems.
