Biography:

Keiondra Marshall joined Mote Marine Laboratory in January 2022. She was born and raised in Riviera Beach, FL. Growing up she developed her love for the ocean and its organisms due to her close proximity to the east coast beaches. This passion was further developed in the summer of 2015 when she worked in sea turtle conservation at Loggerhead Marinelife Center in Juno Beach, FL. During undergrad she enjoyed participating in numerous extracurricular activities and organizations that fostered her love for program development within the science community. Keiondra is excited to work alongside the Mote team to increase the visibility and engagement of underrepresented minorities in the Marine Science field. Placing emphasis on establishing and supporting avenues for success at all levels in student development.
