Run, walk or crawl and help us raise funds for endangered and threatened sea turtles during this year's annual Run for the Turtles!

Race Information

Runners start the 5K race during Mote's Run for the Turtles on Siesta Beach, Florida.

Today's Research for Tomorrow's Oceans

Mote’s highly anticipated, sanctioned 5K is an annual event which provides support for Mote’s Sea Turtle Conservation & Research Program. Run for the Turtles attracts over 1,000 runners and kicks off sea turtle nesting season (April 15 – October 31) in Southwest Florida.

If you can’t be here….don’t fret. You can support our program by registering for and participating in our virtual race again this year.
