April 27: Celebrate women’s leadership with Mote’s annual Tea for the Sea
Join Mote Marine Laboratory for its annual Tea for the Sea, which unites women in philanthropy for the pursuit of science.
The tea will take place from 2:30-5 p.m. on April 27 at the Sarasota Yacht Club, 1100 John Ringling Blvd., Sarasota, Florida. Hats are encouraged.
This high tea event celebrates women’s leadership in the fields of science and philanthropy and the convergence of the two. For Mote's 2017 event, the public is welcome to join the celebration at the Sarasota Yacht Club for tea, hors d’oeuvres, engaging speakers and a raffle.
