September: Eat well, do good during Columbia’s Community Harvest

Enjoy a tasty meal while nourishing your local nonprofit community during the 19th Annual Columbia Restaurant Community Harvest program. Dine at any of the select seven Columbia restaurants during September 2016 and five percent of your check will be donated to a deserving Florida nonprofit of your choice.

Diners can select Mote Marine Laboratory to honor marine science, education and conservation. The oceans feed and support billions worldwide, and maintaining their health is critical. Mote helps by developing sustainable fish farming technologies to meet the growing demands for seafood, restoring coral reefs vital to Florida’s ecological and economic health, teaching young people to be the next generation of ocean stewards, studying endangered species to support conservation, and much more.

The Community Harvest takes place in all Columbia locations, including St. Armands Circle in Sarasota, Ybor City in the historic district of Tampa, St. Augustine, Sand Key on Clearwater Beach, Central Florida’s Town of Celebration, the Columbia Café on the Riverwalk in Downtown Tampa at the Tampa Bay History Center and the Columbia Restaurant Cafe at Tampa International Airport. All Columbia locations are open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.  For more information, visit www.ColumbiaRestaurant.com
