Erin joined Mote Marine Laboratory as Annual and Major Gifts Officer in October 2013. In August 2015, she transitioned to the Oceans of Opportunity Campaign Director. In the five months she served as Campaign Director, she helped Mote raise $12.5 million toward its $50 million Oceans of Opportunity Campaign, including $3.5 million for the new research and education facility in the Keys. In January 2016, Erin was appointed to Chief Development Officer.
Prior to Mote, Erin worked as a Resource Development Officer for the Sabin Vaccine Institute in Washington, DC where she raised significant funding for the organization's vaccine research and development efforts. Erin has held positions with FasterCures and the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS). Erin has a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Florida and a Masters degree of Public Health from the George Washington University.
