Owen is the staff biologist in the Coral Reef Restoration - Grazers program at Mote's Elizabeth Moore International Center for Coral Reef Research & Restoration on Summerland Key, FL. Currently, Owen carries out research and aquaculture involving coral reef grazers. Owen has previous experience working in American lobster research, sea urchin aquaculture research, and with land-based coral reef restoration.
