Meet the Team

Reese joined the team at the end of 2021, after graduating with a degree in Marine Biology with a minor in Environmental Science from the University of South Florida. She assists the Benthic Ecology, Chemical & Physical Ecology, and the Ocean Acidification laboratories at Mote. Reese assists in monthly field sampling, red tide mitigation experiments, scallop monitoring, and water quality analyses. She hopes to use her passion for marine life and the environment to contribute to vital research that lessens the effects of climate change felt by local and global marine ecosystems.
