Kerry is originally from Edmonds, WA and loves the Pacific Northwest. She grew up living along the coast and fell in love with the ocean and marine life. Studying abroad in college in the Galapagos Island cemented her desire to work with sea life. She interned at both the Conservancy of Southwest Florida and the Seattle Aquarium before starting at Mote. At Mote she runs all the water quality for the main aquarium as well as maintaining some of the exhibits. Her favorite part is working with our resident octopus! Outside of Mote she loves all things trivia and regularly plays on a soccer team.
